Guild Wars 2

I get on GW2, I go to the mists, and join my friends party. Within seconds, I have the dishonored buff on and I can’t play until Friday?
How did I get become dishonored without playing a single game in that time period?
This is clearly a glitch of some sort.

Unfortunately they don’t do anything about this (or claim they can’t). I’ve it it a couple of times before, as have more than a few other people you can find wandering around the mists zone. It’s a hassle and a half, but it’s only PvP so it’s not like they give much of a kitten , sadly.
