And you checked all of your inventories and bank for the outfit (after talking to the NPC to turn the townclothes into the Outfit)? I ask because it’s odd that the scepter is there but the outfit isn’t; that seems to indicate that it’s floating around somewhere in the inventory. If you’ve done that, do a quick relog to see if it shows up. If you do that and still don’t see it, then I’d put in a support ticket. They might be able to replace it for you.
Yes i’ve looked through the bank and all items in my bags of all the characters- still no outfit.
And i also tried to relog.
I assume the issue is related to the fact that when i logged out last time i played (Like a year ago) i had the outfit equipped on my character but it must have gone missing with the change to the outfit system.
Yep. I lost my Krytan armor skins in the change. Don’t bother trying to get them back, it’s hopeless.

Actually, it’s hopeful. It depends on various factors how easy it will be.
First, create a support ticket. Only Customer Service can assist and they can only do so if you have a ticket.
While you wait, you can try some other things:
- Go again to the BL Armorsmith with absolutely every character, including mules and so on. Can’t hurt to try this again; most of us usually forget to check on one toon (or because we’re sure it couldn’t possibly have been there).
- Create a character/bank API key and use one of the many sites around that will use that to securely check what you have in inventory. Makes it easier to check on multiple characters.

The customer support sent me a new outfit, together with a rather unfriendly and demeaning e-mail which made it sound like it was all my fault and they would probably not help me again in the future with replacing missing items. I guess my only mistake was buying this game in the first place. But thanks for the outfit i suppose…
Oh and before that they sent me a complete nonsense reply about what i assume was someone else’s problem because it had nothing to do with mine. Real quality customer service they provide here.
