Guild Wars 2

Is there a way to disable the rings from showing up with the mouse and just have the skills cast where the mouse is rather then having the rings showing up and being associated with the mouse? I looked in the settings but did not see anything, It drives me nuts with the rings…. 0.o …. I think it is a good idea for some people but for me it is bothering me…?

There is. F11 then click the black bar just under combat
