These two traits simply do not function properly. When weapon swapping from a Dual sword set to a Longbow, the cooldown timer is still at 9 seconds. Sometimes out of combat, the cooldown timer is 5 seconds, and sometimes it is .4 seconds.
The building Momentum passive just does not show any increase in endurance when using the burst skill for the Sword main hand. I am a Norn, on the Gate of Madness server, and this happens in every map location that I have been to.

3 months later and warrior MH Sword is still broken with Building Momentum.
CONFIRMED still not working can we get this fixed please dang.
