Fast Hands - not working 100% of the time
I’ve been noticing this on my Warrior recently, and I believe I’ve figured out how to reproduce the bug consistently. When a monster agro’s the player and the player chooses to weapon swap before getting hit (not engaged in combat; determined by the arrows above utility skills), the 5 second weapon swap cooldown will trigger. If the player engages combat after this initial swap, the following weapon swap will last a full 10 seconds. All swapping during combat after the 10s cooldown will return to a 5s cooldown. However, if the player continues to kite the monster after the initial swap causing the 5s cooldown, all following cooldowns will be treated as out of combat cooldowns (0.5 seconds) as long as the player does not engage combat.
I tested weapon swapping on my Guardian and no cooldown occurred while kiting an aggressive monster until I was hit, or until I hit the mob myself.
After further testing on the Warrior, I found out the 5s cooldown will not always trigger initially, but once in combat, the next weapon swap after engagement will be 10 seconds long.
tl;dr: Weapon swapping while being chased by a monster, while out of combat, will cause your next weapon swap in combat to be 10 seconds long.
