Guild Wars 2

Just got feared whislt in Plague form (nec elite) in EotM WvW.
According to wiki http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Stability,

‘Cannot be knocked down, pushed back, launched, stunned, dazed, floated, sunk, or feared.’

’Stability is a boon that protects against control effects, including those that would otherwise interrupt, prevent movement and dodging, and disable use of most skills. Unlike a stun breaker, it does not remove effects that are already in place.

So what just happened to me should be impossible ie if Plague is up first, it would counter fear, and if fear was up before Plague, it would have been impossible to use Plague.

Probably the enemy removed your boon.
