I’ve been finding that necro fear has been breaking dagger storm, despite the stability boon. This happens at least 3-4 times a day in wvw.

Yes i can confirm this. Please fix.

The necromancer ability, corrupt boon, converts the stability boon into a fear condition. Could this be what you’re talking about?

Probably yes, it happens to me sometimes when I cast tornado with my ele, it is not a bug, sometimes I lose stability and get cced. We should be able to use utility skills when transformed. Otherwise transform are elite skills that are useless since when stability gets removed only thing you can do is end it earlier to get rid of cc. Now compare it with being turned into a moa, pretty unbalanced I would say.
