Guild Wars 2

My female Charr shouts out the same as the shout “text” of every shout except “Hold the Line!”. She just says “On the Mend” sometimes instead which, while not harmful to the gameplay itself, it quite annoying. Especially when I hear all the other guardian races do it perfectly.

Say wut? You hear every Guardians shout? I rarely heard any.
HTL audio has been bugged for an eternity. Everyone has this issue.

On an unrelated note; what mine says when the audio actually plays:
“Turret overcharged!” 60%
“Confound the enemy!” 30%
“None shall pass!” 5%
“Hold the line!” 5%
