Basically for the past couple of months my character’s hair has stopped being animated. It’s just glued to the back of her neck and stretches weirdly whenever she turns her head.
I don’t see this on other hairstyles, but I do see it on other player characters and NPCs with this hairstyle. I have messed around with the animation setting, to no avail. I usually keep it on high.
Not really sure what’s going on, but it doesn’t seem intentional.
