The event to Escort Fen is disrupting the Ghost Wolf Run guild rush.
While being transformed into a ghost wolf for the course you can get one-shot by the friendly npc with the stomp attack he uses against grubs. As you can see in the attached screenshot of the combat log, I got hit for 2,149 as a wolf while hp transformed is 2k.
