Dedicated Sprinter
- Just ran 2 Sanctum Sprint Races and achievements still show 0/10.

Welcome Party
- Attended the greetings twice with 2 different characters, achievement still shows 0/1

I can second the dedicate sprinter achievement not getting awarded

For the Welcome party you have to stay though all of the dialog similar to Lions Arch Aftermath.
