Final Eldvin Monastery Brew Not Delivered
The final Monastery Brew of the month was not delivered to me while it was delivered to my friend who I told about the club so started after me.
I’m sorry to hear that. The Brew of the Month has one weird requirement, which is that you have to have a toon show up in a city during each month — is it possible you missed one?
On top of that there’s, once again, no place on the support tab to report this sort of thing. So of course I feel robbed and have no recourse.
Of course you have a recourse — submit a support ticket with the closest match you can find. It really doesn’t matter what you choose; the first support person to look at it will change it if necessary (the categories are only there to help route tickets faster).
That said, I’m pretty sure this qualifies as an “In-Game Issue” (first drop down) and as an “Achievement Problem” (second drop down, labeled as Specific Issue).

You can also try deleting all mail, and picking up all items and Gold from the Trading Post, in case the mail is stuck in que.
