Animation is bugged for necromancers. Fix needed asap as im gonna destroy something at home otherwise :P

The staff finally dropped?
Where from please?

I have seen the staff dropping from the behemoth. Unfortunally his nice skin/model sucks like hell while being on a necro at the moment. I hope they will fix it immediatley.

Also in PvP, the skills 1-5 doesn’t work on it. So it’s unusable.

An confirmation would be appreciated.

I am sure that both the PvP skill bug and the animation bug on the scythe staff are topics that have to be adressed too. But I think you should create new topics for those issues as I guess that they won’t be noticed in this thread.

Pleaaaase I beg you, fix it asap ! We necromancers were waiting so badly for this staff, and it’s bugged

May have posted this in the wrong section earlier so here it is, human female necro with Final Rest. Necro animation appears in the wrong place. Please fix this soon! My heart was broken the first time I equipped it and tried it out </3

This is the same problem as the Inquest Staff.

I guess we hate it because it’s obviously bugged and looks kinda stupid

The necro staff effect is in the wrong location on the final rest. The scythe effect comes from the middle of the final rest rather than the top.

I just want to point out that the Scythe Staff Skin has had a similiar problem for months without being fixed. You can see how the effect lines up in this old thread I made in December, https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Scythe-Staff-Skin/

I was wondering if the devs or whoever are ever going to fix the necromancer animation on the final rest staff. The black scythe that appears on the staff shows up halfway down the weapon instead of at the top, and its kind of annoying seeing as i bought this weapon for a fair amount of gold and it looks kind of stupid with the broken animation. thanks : )

I would like to know when this is going to be fixed too. It was a good amount of gold to attain, and now sits in the bank because of the broken necromancer animation.

I came to report the bug as I just bought the staff. It does look more than funny to have two “staff heads” on the animation. I’m glad to hear you are aware of the problem and are investigating. I do hope the fix will be in-game soon.
