Final Shielding and Arcane Retribution
hehe oops forgot to put the Final Shielding. I am not sure if this is a bug but the wiki says around a 75 CD but when I tested it it was 90 or more.
Arcane Retribution – It doesn’t last for 30 seconds like Arcane Power it lasts for 5 sec and it only works for 3 attacks instead of 5 like it is supposed to.
