Finished June Monthly, no reward
Monthly, as daily, can be only rewarded once. IF you alredy did your monthly pvp, you won’t be getting any reward upon completing monthly pve, and viceversa.
Didn’t do monthly pvp, only completed the pve. I had taken a break from the game for a few months and busted my tail over the past week to finish the monthly and most of dragon bah.
No chest though.
Title says it all. I finished the monthly a couple days ago and never got the chest award notification. Filed a bug ticket but no one ever got back to me. I should would like my coins, karma, and laurels for going through the effort.
When you say “Filed a bug ticket”, do you mean the in game bug report or the support ticket you can fill on the website?
In game bug reports will not receive any answer and forum posts may not get noticed by the staff: make sure you open a support ticket with the screenshot of your completed monthly.

I have the same issue. No Monthly PvE chest for me. I finished my monthly a while back, and was waiting to be awarded with my much desired laurels and stuff. I didn’t get the PvP chest since I don’t touch PvP. So I have no idea whats up.
Btw, I don’t think Winzy can take a screenshot of his completed monthly if it has already rolled over to the next months.
Hold on….you can get your monthly reward in the first week as long as you complete it? Now Im really confused. I got 100% in the first six days but didn’t receive it. The previous month, I had to wait until the end of the month for my chest!

I filed an in game ticket, wasn’t aware thats what I wasnt sposed to do…
I have a related question; when does the monthly normally end? I had assumed it would be midnight, or sometime in the morning. But here I am no monthly at 8:00, when I was maybe 30 minutes of playing away from getting it.
There is a countdown timer in the top right corner.
Yeah, it resets when the month changes, UTC. (8:00pm EDT, 7:00pm CDT, etc.)

Just a thought for anyone who didn’t get a chest. If you happen to logout without opening the chest, supposedly that chest is auto-opened on the character that completed it. But then you won’t get the notification or anything, it just happens.
I didn’t log out, it never popped up. I made a support ticket and they closed it saying they know its an issue… Hooray for not getting the reward.
If they are aware of it, then all you can do is wait. They have been replacing things that are lost when it is a bug that affects a large number of people after they fix the issue. Been a few examples of that fairly recently. I would have to recommend waiting as it implies they are going to replace all at once instead of individually via support. I know people give them a lot of flak for support, etc, but it seems like they have been trying to correct wrongs.
In game report is good to file as it gives a lot of information to the devs, as well as a support ticket when it is something that has directly affected you, this would be an example but Arena is apparently going to deal with it separately.
