finished map completion went to all the area (order of whispers etc, LA)
I got the title and Achive just no Gift of Exploration .
Even it character loading screen the completion medallion is there,

says all complete o.o

You forgot to accept a chest somewhere in one of the zones for completing the area. Trust me, I felt like an kitten when I posted this same problem and Support helped me out and investigated and told me the game was working as intended, walk into Rata Sum to find I did not accept the chest there and my 2 gifts were waiting for me with that chest. They even gave me tips on how to port around the world for free or at minimal cost quickly
