Every time I switch my weapons my finisher goes back to the default finisher..

Every time I change my dyes my finisher goes back to the default finisher..

Every time I change my miniature my finisher goes back to the default finisher..

Is this a bug or is this the way it was designed? If this is the way it was designed I would like my gems refunded for all the finishers I’ve purchased.

I don’t remember to (and shouldn’t have to) reset my finisher every time I switch weapons, pick a new mini or change my dyes but it is really getting annoying seeing that default flag.

I’m sure this isn’t supposed to happen. I keep having a similar problem where whenever I quit the finisher page on your hero panel, it resets my finisher to default but it doesn’t happen as often anymore. Keep trying, don’t give up and I’m sure it’ll be sorted soon! ;)

I just posted on another thread something a lot like what you did/noticed here.

My workaround is to reselect my finisher again if I view them. Every time, the first time I open the hero panel (window) and view my finishers, my selection gets reset. As long as I never visit my finishers, they seem to be OK.

Confirming here every time I open my hero panel my finisher gets reset to default.

Same here – finisher resets in WvW way to often. I need choose my finisher every time i finish an enemie, because of this reset-bug. Very annoying =.=

My friends and I have the same problem: finisher resets to default, but I don’t figure out when it exactly happens.

I’ve found you can work around this for the time being by selecting your finisher and then avoiding opening the panel. Right now it’s an issue because of people using the temporary finishers they get from gifts, which opens the panel and resets it to default when you close it again.

This bug is realy getting anoying, we spend gems on permanent finishers, and it is a pain in the butt when it keeps resetting, just because it feels like it.

Put a kitten lock option on finisher, so you can lock the finisher you want, and so that it wont reset even though you change the bloody shoes/weapon/dye or even add another finisher.

It is getting realy annoying when you add a fix for something that dont fixing and add several bugs at the same time, i mean realy. Almost each patch is 1 step forward and 2 steps back regarding bugs.

Confirmed with Wizard Finisher last night purchased from GEM store and used in PvP. Almost thought the reset was part of the process. There should be way to lock my Finisher selection.

This also happens with outfits resetting dyes on map change, or log out, or outfit, or weapon change, or any change of anything equipped even.

I’ve had times where if I just press H, open the Finishers tab, do nothing, and switch away it ends up resetting it.

Suggest partial refunds to everyone who spent gems on finishers and has had this problem for several weeks and counting
