In Fireheart Rise the level scaling scales you down to 63 in an area surrounded by 69s. it’s at the mouth of the narrow waterbed running along Cozen Desolation where it opens up to the lake-ish area. there are lava elementals that are lvl 69 there and you don’t scale up to appropriate level of 71 until further up, so there is the chance of death if too many attack you. Also a bit further up and onto the lava rocks the same thing happens with lava elementals and flame legion around.
