When I was checking a character that I didn’t want anymore and was going to delete It, I saw that he got a birthday gift in the mail. So I took it out and put it in the bank (without opening it). I did not realize however, after already deleting the character, that I needed that character to open the Birthday gift box and now I can’t open it with any other characters.
So Is there another way to open it or…?

Birthday Gifts are soul-bound (although the contents are not), so I don’t believe there is any way to open it if you have deleted the character. At least, if you have other characters, you will receive the exact same gift, again. Sorry for your loss.
