I just got a mail on my mesmer when i logged where i got this gift for my characters birthday. So i got all exited and clicked it. Only for it to disapear without giving me anything, i did’nt even get to keep the wrapping. I hope this is a bug, if not you guys are really mean. Picture attached…

Have you already tried closing your game and re-opening it? Perhaps there is a transfer delay issue. This same issue pops up occasionally when moving items from the guild bank to the personal inventory, and from the private bank to personal inventory. It just seems to be lagged and the inventory doesn’t update with the new items. Re-logging usually updates it.

@ StinVec.3621 – yup tried that, still no items sadly.

@Brave Mallyki.1563 – I know right, you should see my bank then lol some in there too.
But its accended, i dont really craft + i dont belive in throwing good stuff like that out. I wish they would put a small copper price on each piece of dust or something, insted of trying to force me into crafting. (Accended weapons (cough cough) Bound to account only)
