I have reported this many times in the past. This bug is old.
My eyes used to be fine. Some update long ago messed them up. Many attempts at repairs with Makeover Kits have been no help.
Many times I appear to have a “lazy eye”… but not always. I believe this is mostly due to the SHAPE of the eyes being different from each other, so they are casting shadows differently.
During the day when we have shadows, the light appears to be hitting each eye differently. But at night the light comes from within, so there are no shadows and they look more “even”. (Not perfect yet. They still aren’t quite lined up the same. But with the shadows during daylight, you can see that they look much worse.)

You should introduce your ‘lazy eye’ character into your Warning Buoy thread.
Due to the awesome of that thread and the attention that it has from many, perhaps it will bring awareness to the issue and thus more likely to be corrected.
Now that was a full-on pun that only the most creative minds can concoct, especially if it was not intended and it happened naturally.
I laughed quite loudly at that.
(If anyone missed it, read that as a game update ‘patch’ that fixed her eye that could also be taken as an actual ‘eye patch’ to ‘fix’ it. Wordplay is fun.)
My guardian had this where she looked cross eyed/kitten when only in ghost form in the Lunatic Inquisition mini game. Its one of the female human canthan faces.
