Fix Putrid Mark

It’s been over a month already, yet Necro Staff 4 still doesn’t cleanse conditions from allies (nor does it fully cleanse the Necro as it should). Can we please get this bug fixed?

I main Ele and Necro, though I have an alt of each profession at level 80.

Don’t fret, it shall be fixed before the anniversary. The fourth one, I’m guessing.
