So my Engineer just unlocked Scapper, the Tier 1 Fix-r-Upper achievement (bestowed when the Hammer Usage trait was unlocked) is the last one earned as shown in the Summary and I am now shown as 3/7 on tier 2.
I have the Scapper’s Hammer item, I got the Gift of Hidden descent .. AND Engineer’s Cache BUT I’m only 20% complete on Verdant Brink!
I got both the Gift of Hidden Descent AND the Engineer’s Cache at the same time, which obviously is wrong.
Clearly this is the first Engineer to unlock Scrapper (from the T1 shown in the Summary) and she has NOT completed any map!
This just happened to me too. As soon as the collection was unlocked, I saw the Engineer’s Cache get added to it. This character had never received an Engineer’s Cache, nor even visited a HoT map.
