Yo,

Just wanted this to get some attention but as the title says the dynamic event chain in Timberline Falls leading up to killing Champion Frainn at The Great Oouo is bugged. I was interested in making The Chosen precursor for a long time but some friends doing the collection for it and the Predator collection told me it was bugged several months back but I decided to do it anyway and find out the hard way. So, I decided to do something else and during that time i’ve already completed the precursor collections for Dusk and Prototype and came back to see the event is still bugged. Timberline is one of the rarely, if at all, populated maps and it’s nearly impossible to hop onto a new map because the only travelers are casual world completers, harvesters, and the guild missioners. I’m begging you, please start fixing this bug if you have the time. Thanks.

tl;dr – Flameseeker shenanigans begging bug fix.

Yep working on the predator, and the escort team is broken. Captain Wiley is also hard to get as his spawn timer bugs out. Managed to get a new map for him.
It’s ridiculous for these bugs to exist for so long. Either fix them or add alternative acquisition methods.

Confirmed bug multiple times and it seems to be reported in Verifying status in the Dev Tracker.
Anyway, were you able to get the Infinity Coil Commander entry? Do you need a failed defense Event at the CoE dungeon entrance? Because if it is so, it’s nearly impossible these days.

Yep, however I did mine late night where there are less people on so that may be a reason or that it periodically resets and thus making the event available every so often but i’m not sure of that.

I finally did it and it seems that the Defense Event at CoE will not repeat in some maps. I succeeded doing this and the Frainn Event only joining new fresh maps.

The frainn event is also part of meterologicus 3. Wish I had known that before I started on the collection.

It’s one thing to have a couple bugged events, it’s another entirely to have that event be part of THREE freaking legendary collections.

Did any of you get the Oouo event working? I keep checking frequently but only ever get the same map. Someone seems to have pulled the NPCs up the cliff, but it has not reactivated them.

Still bugged the last time I checked, the npcs die and there is no orange event on them, so it never starts, it never completes, and the grawl spawns constantly :/
