Can’t complete the collection because the pre event “escort the order of whispers team to the grawl camp” which is required to do the event “put a stop to the mighty oouo” is bugged, meaning I can’t kill Oouo

I am having the same problem, the NPCs have been slowly moved by people, but they are still endlessly stuck after days. This bug has been known for at least 3 months now =/. Please fix soon.
