We entered the portal at Font of Rhand event, broke the statues took the head and then proceeded down to the mortar which was not clickable using mouse of (F) key. Several people tried with no success. We relogged and were sent back to Lion’s Arch. Returned to even reentered and still same bug. Sent a report in but have as of yet not seen a fix. Is this typical? How to proceed and get the Water of Rhand item? Without being able to access the water below where it exists? Any help would be appreciated.

I can confirm this is still bugged. I just want to finish mawdrey! Can’t interact with the mortar in any way.

if you work through the dungeon you can enter the room the water is in from a different side and pick it up. My girlfriend and I did this yesterday.

The mortar may be buggy but at least you can get the item you need. Hope this helps =)

Same thing was able to get to it by following the underwater tunnel back through from the other side past the flame guards into the room where the Water of Rhand is located. So was able to complete the task. thanks…
