Currently working on Nevermore, this Skirt in Harathi Hinterlands sells a component “Harpy Feathers” that is needed to make Nesting Materials for the collection.

Only problem is that this event will never start and, Hitkiti only sells his wares after the event! any conformation if its bugged or just extremely rare spawn event?

Camped at it for hours, on different map IPs. Definitely bugged. And from what people were reporting, it seems like that it was bugged for a really long time without any fix.

Either fix the event or make feathers not bound on pick up so others can sell them. It’s needed for Nevermore. This issue is just as annoying as the Rabbit not working.

It only occurs once per map, you have to wait to get onto a new map, it does pop, just once per instance.

How do you find a new instance on a map like Harathi Hinterlands? It’s a fairly low-pop map and I tried revisiting/relogging back into it once every several minutes but it still puts me in the same old IP.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that would prevent “Defend the skritt thieves while they steal harpy eggs” event from starting correctly.

That’s curious… this event has been bugging for months (or years) now and it finally got fixed O.o Wonder why the fix came only now… :P
