I recently did Forewarned is Forearmed and though the cutscene triggered and I got credit for killing the orrian scout (was a checkmark), I did not recieve credit for finding the lionguard bodies. I reported this.
On repeating the story, I realized that Forgal’s dialogue triggered at certain areas where before I had just rushed past them without Forgal.
For example, this line triggered when I moved with Forgal, but not when I left him behind:
Warmaster Forgal Kernsson: The grate below is broken. We should check through there.
Hope this helps with this bug! Also, I wasn’t sure what the best way to report this, since it would be two reports and not sure if it would be easy to connect the two? So hopefully this is fine
Edit: During my first attempt, returning to the locations where the dialogue should trigger did not cause them to trigger, presumably because Forgal disappeared after the cutscene.
