I am a norn and trying to start the Forging the Pact story quest. I know the quest starts in Lion’s Arch, but there are no quest markers and no letter in my mail box. Yes, my mail box is empty. How to I progress this quest to start. Thanks for your help.
What happens when you enter LA?
Everything is normal, Trahearne’s letter is not in my mailbox, and no green quest marker
Well…you might try a -repair of the client, in case you have a corrupted file. Or wait for help here, or submit a request to CS.

What’s your current objective? If it’s “Read Trahearne’s letter” and you have no letter, try relogging or switching maps.
