As in the name, Forgotten Seal accesory from the last LS, already barely useful due to being only exotic, has no upgrade slot, which causes it to be worse than upgraded greens.

Ah, I just wanted to make a thread about it, but here it is! :P

kitten .. and I just salvaged my rare accessories. They actually had far better stats with their jewels..

Hopefully it’s just an oversight.
