The Veteran Fleshgrazer at the last event of the Forsaken Fortune event went permanently invulnerable. Myself and a few other people got it down to what looked like 1 more hit of health when it teleported to the middle of the room and went invulnerable. Sever is Yak’s Bend.

He’s also fully invulnerable after all the torches are lit on Tarnished Coast as well.
