Just did a level 2 pug, one guy was kicked out of dungeon after 3rd fractal but was still in group. After the 4 of us took Jade Maw to its last bit of health, it insta-killed all of us, skipping the downed part and jumped directly to the rally at checkpoint window. Tried twice, same results.
Was going to get my friends to come back and play. Not gonna bother now.
Perhaps you should do a bit of research before you give up and assume it’s a bug.

It’s intentional that he does a suicide attack, you have to find some way of surviving through it. At least ONE player needs to grab a crystal, or find some other way of living through the attack.
