Im personal reward 11 and ive been doing fotm for 2 weeks now, but today after reset, im 100% sure ive not done one fotm, just did a fotm lv 4, finished the whole thing by killing jade maw. Got no daily chest or karma reward. Please try resolve this issue as lots seem to have it

Yes this is happening a lot… I as many have and still are, submit the in game ticket about this….

Prior to the update it mainly happened at 1-9 fractals, since the “Fractured / Broken Update” it is happening randomly through all levels…

The only real “acknowledgement” we have gotten that acknowledges this problem by the ANET staff is the closed / merged / disappearing forum posts on this issue.

I believe I have submitted over 100 in game tickets on this, and have not even gotten a “Thanks for stopping by…”

Just so you know, you will never get a response from an in-game bug report, as it doesn’t function that way. If you want a response, you must submit a ticket to Customer Support. Top of page – Support – Submit a Request.

i got done with a level 30 a little bit ago and got no daily chest. also i havent done a 30 since reset

Friend of mine in our party the other day never got daily reward chest so we rolled another form they never got it 2nd time round either, maybe a few bugs lurking in the fractals unless they made daily chests rng so u might not get them.
