Guild Wars 2 Forum - Bugs: Game, Forum, Website

There is a bug, that if you join the Charr fractal, and you are transformed into a Charr, you are unable to change you 7,8,9,0 skills/utilities.

It has been around for ages, and is really annoying.

Can you please help?
