The Daily Chest at the end of Fractals of the Mists has been bugged for some time, and across all difficulties. This morning I did NOT receive a daily chest at the conclusion of a difficulty scale 50 run despite not having run this tier Fractal for 24+ hours.

Let’s be clear here: Fractured update reset our progress, did NOT implement fractal skin chests, still NO leaderboard, and now daily chests are bugged.

Did you do a 41-49 fractal within 24 hours of the 50?

I’m having the same problem. I just ran Fractal 50 last weekends, no 41-49, and did not receive my daily bonus chest at the end of the runs. I contacted customer support and they told me to report a bug in-game and on the forum. Please help!

I understand this to be very simple, you get the daily chest after the point of lvling up your fractal lvl, at lvl 50 you cant lvl up so it skips that section. congratulations for getting to 50, but I would say just do 49 till you can progress past 50
