So not sure if there is any bugs or if im just unlucky

Fractals should be:
1-9 1 Extra chest
10-19 1 Extra chest
20-39 1 Extra chest
40+ 1 Extra chest

Yesterday I did a level 4 and didn’t get the chest
Yesterday i did a level 13 and didn’t get the chest
Yesterday i did a level 20 and did get the best

Today I did one level 50 and got chest
Today I did one left 30 and didn’t get chest

anyone had this issue on and off?

The reward chests do not mirror the LFG.

The reward tiers are:
1-10
11-20
21-30
31-40
41-50

The daily reward is not based on yesterday, today and tomorrow. It is server reset to server reset. If you did receive a reward chest for a certain tier yesterday after server reset then you have to wait until after reset today to get another one from that tier.

It is also based on account completion not character completion, so switching characters will not make any difference.

I am aware of how it works per tier and how the reset works

I am doing it on the same character so i know the times and tiers I have done

Today I did a Level 50 Fractal and got the chest, i then did a level 30 and i didnt get a chest, something is wrong as i have not done this level 30 fractal in 2 days so the reset server issue isnt whats causing it

Could it be that your fractal level is sub-50? If you do a 50 fractal, and your personal level is 30, you will get the level 30 daily chest. Not the 50. So you won’t get another chest if you do 30.

MY reward level is 31

I just did a level 9 no chest
I just did a level 14 no chest
I just did a level 30 today no chest
I just did a level 40 today no chest

Only seem to be getting level 50 chest once then nothing on the other ranges

do i need to get personal rewards level to 50 before i will regain the ability to get a tiered chest again or is it best to do all ranges apart from 50 and see if that works ?

I am having the same problem. my reward level is 17.

First i did a 30 and got a chest
then a 49 and got nothing
then did a 20 and got nothing

If I understand correctly, you can only get one chest per tier a day. Since your personal level is 17, you got an 11-20 chest on your first run (L30) and your two subsequent runs would have hit Diminished Returns, i.e. no chest for those (since it would have been the same tier as your first run).

You would get a chest for doing a 30 followed by a nine (instead of a 49).

This will change as you gain enough levels to reach the higher tiers.
