Exotics from Fractal Dungeons appear to be bugged.

Got an Exotic Rifle from a chest, and it is Soulbound on my necro. Got a gold which is just soulbound on use.

Edit: this has been fixed now, my rifle is showing as account-bound. Thank you!

Countermeasure against having tp overflooded with exotics.
Get 4 and forge them.

What I do not understand is why do folks consistently get drops for other types of professions than the one they are using? I can’t tell you how many drops I get on my Ranger I cannot use. More often than not I might, might get something useful.
