So I was doing a level 49 fractal with my friends and we ended up fighting against Jade Maw, there was a bug where the last Jade Colossus didn’t spawn.
In the end we killed Jade Maw, but of course since it didn’t phase to the last stage, we didn’t finish the fractal, therefore we didn’t get the chests for finishing it as well.
On top of that, I’m reporting this bug HERE in the forums since we DON’T HAVE an option to choose dungeons/fractals in the bug report system in-game.
Hopefully both issues will be fixed.
