Fractal Master Collection Bug

In my Rare Collection tab (Fractal Master) it’s showing I only 8/19 skins unlocked but i know for a fact i have more than that unlocked because in my wardrobe it’s showing i have 11 fractal skins and i can apply them to weapons anytime i want. But in the Fractal Master collection its still showing i only have 8.Can you guys please look into this ? Thanks!

There’s a known bug. ANet is working on it; there’s no ETA. (Source: customer service response to my ticket on the same topic.)

All we can do now is wait it out.
