Completed first two Fractals with no problem (Snowblind and Uncategorized fractals), but at the end of the third, Underground Facility Fractal, the “ready” window for the next round did not spawn, even after all of us opened the reward chest. Although someone accidentally pressed the “go to lab” button, the request was denied. We tried dying, leaving the party, tried /stuck, everyone but the host leaving the instance, and just the host leaving the instance, all to no avail. Needless to say, we spent a while completing the first 3 fractals at level 26, and we were unable to face the Jade Maw to increase our personal reward level.
Hopefully this problem can get fixed so it doesn’t happen to other members of the community. Thanks for the help!
Same thing happend to us just now. Lvl 10 FOTM 2nd stage at the Underwater level. got chests and all, hit travel to lab by mistake and then one person hit yes and 2 hit cancel, and then nothing. Tried everything as mentioned by OP. =/ Restart … yay…
