Title says it all. When I press “compact” in inventory, items from this box don’t move, no matter what rarity. I have this box on third position (1. starter backpack, 2. karka, 3. fractal, 4 and 5 christmas boxes)

It’s not a bug, it’s supposed to do this. That’s why it’s an equipment box, not a normal bag.
Afaik the rarity of the equipment box doesn’t matter at all, except prioritizing what gear that goes into it first. I.E. if you have an exotic equipment box with one free space and loot 1 exotic weapon and one green weapon, the exotic one would go to the equipment box, while the green one would go to your other bags. Same with green boxes and green weapons, and yellow boxes with yellow weapons.

Thats pretty cool, but why, for example, white item doesn’t leave Uncommon Fractal box when I press compact?

Because, as I said, it only matters when the items enter your inventory. After that, any euipment that’s in your equipment box is unaffected by “compact” because most people use these boxes to store alternative armor sets. If they were to spread across your inventory when you press " compact", it would be alot more complicated to switch armor sets.

But if I want to store extra armor sets, I’d put them in an invisible bag. Not in an uncommon equipment box. In fact, anything I want to manually manage, Id put in an invisible bag or safe box. Everything else I’d expect compact to sort and move to the appropriate bags if they have room…
