I have a complete Fractal Weapon set in my wardrobe, but the Fractal Master shows that I am only 17/19.

I have 18/19 skins but collection shows 0/19. Got around 15 skins in the bank.

i have the same issue. The collection states 5/19 but I have 8-9. No idea what is causing it and why some are and some aren’t shown. The Longbow for instance i actually use on Ranger but it doesn’t show.

Showed 0/19 despite having axe, sword and rifle in wardrobe. Only a freshly unlocked mace from weapon crate shows up now.

Same problem here but with dagger. Got all skins but the collections shows I have the dagger locked and 18/19.

I also have 0 fractal weapons unlocked in the achievement, despite having several of them in my bank and more in the wardrobe.

Having 2 fractal weapons in my wardrobe, but the collection says it is 0

same here already got all the skins but keeps on saying 6/19 fix for this thanks

Same issue, I have all skins but collection says 15/19 but as you can see I have unlocked the skins in question before the patch came out. I’ve filed a support ticket, but an acknowledgement here would be greatly appreciated too.

So 2 weeks out, I have attempted to trade for one of these that I already have unlocked, it did nothing, transmuted two weapons to the ones I have unlocked but according to the collection I don’t. What is the fix? No updates, comments from Devs about this?

I only got one so far (I hate RNG) however the one display in the collection is incorret.

I got the staff but the collection says I got the scepter and I know for a fact that I don’t own a scepter at all (I can change the staff skin to fractal but that skin doesn’t appear on the scepter wardobe).

C’mon Anet… this is a big deal for people that do fractals… can we get this fixed please.

This is killing me. Two weeks in and still not even a word on this issue. I put in a bug report in game and after becoming impatient I found this thread. Please Anet help us fractal lovers out. I will give you a big cookie if you fix this within the week.

what’s the deal?

Having the same problem. I think I have like 6 unlocked, but only showing two in the collection. Not sure why. The new one that I got since HoT (longbow) showed up, but all of my old ones besides mace don’t show.
