I had a non-transmuted fractal sword in my inventory while I was salvaging some rares and clicked on the sword by mistake. I didn’t get a salvage warning/confirmation and it was promptly replaced by 2 ecto :P

Just curious… was the fractal skin on an exo? on a rare? Because if you transmuted the fractal weap with a masterwork/rare/normal, you wouldn’t be getting a warning in any case, would you?

Anything of masterwork quality or higher has a warning and you need to confirm that you want to salvage.

The sword I had was the same as when it dropped – level 80 exotic with no bonus (green) stats and an empty sigil slot (this forces you to use a transmutation crystal if you want an actual functioning weapon). :P
