So, yesterday, for the first time since few months, I did fractal to get daily chest. My personal level is 5. Did fractal lvl 9, no chest. I found its working as intended, because my personal lvl was too low. So i did second one, this time level 2. Still no chest. Today I did fractal level 1. Guess what? No chest. No wonder that since release of fractals I only managed to get 2 pristine relics.
What’s teh deal? I wrote email to support, reply looked like those stupid automatic bs, didn’t help at all.

  1. There’s no need to bump. ANet has already seen this. They can’t realistically reply to most of the threads.
  2. If you haven’t gotten a substantive reply to your ticket in 3 days, post your ticket number in the “tickets 3 days and older” thread in Account Issues. Someone will make sure there’s follow-up.

Thanks very much for letting us know about the issue that you noted in Guild Wars 2.

The next time that you’re in the game and you find a bug, you can do us a favor by submitting an in-game bug report. This will send detailed information about your character and your position directly to our Quality Assurance Team and will help us kitten the issue as promptly as possible. To submit a bug report in the game, simply click on the “Game Menu” button in the upper left-hand corner of the game interface, then choose the “Support” option on the Game Menu. That option will allow you to review known issues, report a bug, or contact Customer Support.

You’re also welcome to report a game issue in the Game Bugs sub-forum of the Guild Wars 2 Forums ( https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs ). You may include screenshots with your forum report, if you wish to do so. While we are unable to respond directly to each bug report that we receive on the forums or through the game interface, each report is reviewed and escalated, when appropriate.

Please notice that in the case of the fractal run level 9 you need to have a level higher or equal to the fractal to obtain your rewards.

This is responce from support. This doesn’t help at all. Actually, I’m not even sure if anyone from support staff is looking at my case, or they just sent automatic message, like it happens in many games unfortunately. What am I supposed to do now? Leaving fractals completely and checking them after few weeks only to find that problem persists? From what I know this is an old bug, just as old as fractals.
