I’m on underworld & can confirm this, reported to ANet, not a sign of help, they probably won’t fix it until the next update in 2 days. In the meantime we’ll just suck it, they won’t care as much.
Forget Daily Fractal runner if it’s not fixed today, yesterday we even tried guesting with others on their servers & still bonked for us.
