Fractal
Huh, looks like I’m not the only one; already posted about it, but seems to be ignored for the time being.
I have had this before. I can usually fix it by forcing a load screen. That means going to character select, going into pvp/wvw and back to LA, or just waypointing as far ascross the city as possible to force a load screen.

Um, are you serious right now ? Did you actually look at the pop up ?
Btw I found a semi solution : your party need to go back to hub, then go to the Frac portal and you should get the correct pop up. But if the party is in progress then even that won’t help.
