Some dont add, and cant find where to buy the skins…

Having problems with skins obtained before update not being applied to collection. Have 9 and it is only showing one. Logged onto every character that had one equipped even used the items still will not sure up in collections.

I wanted to mention that I have this bug as well. It shows that I have 2 unlocked when I have many more than that. Thank you for the collection, by the way!

Same here. I have a shield with the fractal skin equipped but it is not unlocked in the achievement.
Also I can’t find the merchent who sells the skins. Even unlocked the first fractal mastery and did a lvl50 fractal, but nothing changed.

Same, I have 9 or 10 skins unlocked, but only 2 are in the collection.

I have 10 that isnt registering

There isn’t a merchant that sells fractals skins as far as I can tell, even though Anet’s blog post said there will be one. Also, several of my fractal skins aren’t registering for the achievement.

I have unlocked all 19 fractal weapons, equipped the Fractal Sword skin and Speargun on my thief, yet it shows that I have not unlocked them in the achievement. And I don’t got my golden fractal weapon box.

Most missing here, as well.

One of the merchants within fotm sells a fractal weapon chest, this is where to buy the skins. It’s the third item on the list I believe ^^
I also have all skins unlocked now but it only shows 6/19 in the collection…

Please fix this.

I grinded the hard way to get all these before release. And I’m at 12/19 with all skins unlocked. I tried several different tactics to try and get them to unlock but to no go. I have lots of spare skins around so I tried using those, throwing them out, using them and throwing the item out… Nothing is working.

It seems to me the ones I am “missing” are mostly skins I got in the past 9 months or so.

Same thing happened to me. I have many skins unlocked across my characters and none are showing up in the collections tab.

I’m having the same issue I have all fractal weapons but missing four in Hero Panel, I have all the missing skins in my bank

I have a slightly smaller problem than most posters in that it is showing all my skins except one. I have that skin in my bank and am loath to use it because at least it constitutes evidence. I have also tried using a transmutation charge on a random bow but seemingly actually equipping a fractal bow doesn’t add it to the collection either.

I know anet are busy and all that, but I would have thought that something as key as the gold fractal skins being blocked would have at least elicited an acknowledgement in the forum.

ANet’s aware of the issue with fractal skins in the wardrobe not unlocking the collection properly. They are working on a fix; there’s no ETA yet, so hang tight.
