Guild Wars 2

I was in a party when my game crashed and I had to force quit the game. I relogged in the game and was sent to Lion’s Arch, when I tried to re-enter the instance I wasn’t able to rejoin my party. I am still in the party but when I entered Fractals it looks like I’m soloing the instance. See the photo.
Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a way to rejoin the party?

Same happened to me earlier today. Didn’t find a way to re-enter.

This has happened to me as well. I got logged out because of a mysterious “invalid password” error, then a friend of mine crashed. The other three were promptly booted from the dungeon in the middle of the second part of the shaman boss. As far as I know, there is no way to rejoin the party and the run is lost if the game client screws up.
