I’ve been having this problem for as long as i’ve been playing where at the end of a fractal I open the chest and take everything in it, but for some reason the fractal relics don’t come into my wallet. First time I noticed this, I just kept reopening the chest trying to take it. I was finally able to after trying like 8-10 times. Recently it got worse, I have to keep reopening the chest and click on it for around 50-60 times sometimes.

Yesterday I got fed up with it after trying to take the fractal relics like 100 times and just moved on hoping I’ll get the ones from the next fractal. After finishing the run I ended up losing 26 fractal relics like this because the chest is bugged and I can’t receive it. Everything else in the chest I’m able to take with no problem.

Obviously I’m not gonna be a drag to everyone and make everyone wait until I get my tokens. It’s unbelievable that I sometimes spend 5-6 minutes doing this (opening and clicking on the tokens) alone at the end of each fractal. None of the people I know seem to have this problem though.

Anyway, I hope you guys fix this. I’m holding back from doing more fractal runs because of this.

before, after, and if your inventory is full

Currently the only workaround to this issue is to press F11 and tick “AoE Loot on Interact”. Haven’t had the problem since then.

I guess this happens cause the relics go into the wallet unlike the rest of the normal items.
