It’s still “available” in the gem store – I have the screenshot – below.

What really should rankle all players is the “free” stuff that comes from the Gem Store, many of us miss because of three things and all need to be addressed.

1. In this particular “announcement/news” there is NO mention of the free booster.

2. Why not “announce” it like you do ALL changes, with an in-game email that informs and takes the player to the Gem Store at the page you want them at most – with the free offer at the head and words to entice to go farther?

3. This booster as of this writing is STILL “available” but clicking on it will give an error, instead of the booster being “gone”, it’s a tease to keep you in the gem store – but what it really does is make people less prone to trust Anet – I don’t.

Marketing at Anet is worse than Radio Shack.

Yep—clicking away on still available for a short time icon for the free booster, then is says expired, reloading to refresh, and it’s still there listed as free purchase, click to buy and around and around we go—-Worse than Ground Hog Day.

But i have the same Problem although the booster is still available i only get an error

Yeah, this made me pretty angry.

Glad you got your freebie. In my case the TP was fubar and wouldn’t work when the item was clearly still being offered.
